The sounder head is equipped with a ball mechanism. Fishing line release is possible with an adjustment of the ball pressure using a locking screw. Turning the screw increases or decreases the ball pressure as needed. As the mechanism is formed by balls, the friction surface is minimal and there is not any compression of fishing line while getting stuck. Solid metal arm is provided with a sliding load. Shifting the load on the arm enables optimum adjustment of the fishing line tension. The sounder head is made of tempered, matt plastic for increased resistance to mechanical damage. It is transparent, with a built-in LED. A Delphin SKIPER is equipped with a connector for connection to an electronic bite sounder. When connected, the internal LED is on and emits a dim light of the sounder colour, enabling you to monitor a bite even during the night. A spare holder to attach a SKIPER to an electronic bite sounder is included in the package as a bonus. Therefore, you have a spare holder readily available in case of loss or damage, without the need to buy another one.
