Lower part of magnetic quick connector, which you screw onto your stand or fork. 

So you can use it if you already own our quick quick connectors, but at the same time you use more stands or forks, which you do not want to choose between without further screwing.  
After that, you just need to fit your bite alarms with the top part of the quick connector and don't worry about anything else!
