Personal data processing policy in accordance with the GDPR
The personal data controller is FLAJZAR s.r.o., ID No.: 01616161, which operates the website flajzar.cz.
The controller manages your data and determines how long personal data will be processed and for what purpose. It also selects other processors that we use for processing.
We process your personal data primarily so that we can provide you with the highest quality content, process your order, or send you promotional messages. Individual reasons for processing:

- Email campaigns and newsletters
- Price quotes
- Online marketing services
You are a reader: We send you news that you have subscribed to by email. We process your email address.
You are a customer: We process your email, postal address, billing information, and phone number solely for the purpose of processing your order.
Provision of services, performance of a commercial contract, and accounting
If you are our customer, we process the following personal data for the purpose of performing the contract (e.g., entering it into our accounting system): billing information and email address.
We process personal data for the duration of your consent, but no longer than 10 years from the date of consent or the last order.
Your data is processed by the controller on secure servers.
In order to measure how you like our website, where you spend the most time, and where you click, we use other service providers for certain processing operations. These are:

We process your data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure an adequate level of protection based on a decision by the European Commission.
Your data is safe with us. We have taken technical measures to ensure the security of personal data by encrypting data transmission using the HTTPS protocol and securing your personal data in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by email at obchod@flajzar.cz.
Thanks to your right of access, you can contact us at any time and we will provide you with information about what personal data we process and why within 30 days.
If something changes or you find your personal data to be out of date or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.
You can exercise your right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, you believe that we are processing it unlawfully, but you do not want to delete all the data, or if you have objected to the processing.
You can restrict the scope of personal data or the purposes of processing.
Right to erasure
In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system and from the systems of all sub-processors and backups. We need 30 days to ensure the right to erasure.
In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and, for example, I must keep records of issued tax documents for the period specified by law. In this case, we will delete all personal data that is not bound by another law. We will inform you by email when the deletion is complete.
Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with your complaint at any time. We would be very grateful if you would first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes.
Unsubscribing from newsletters and commercial communications
We send you emails with inspiration, articles, or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest.
If you are not yet a customer, we only send them to you with your consent. In both cases, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email sent.
We are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. This confidentiality remains in effect even after the termination of contractual relations with us. We will not disclose your data to any third party without your consent.
This Privacy Policy takes effect on May 25, 2018.
