Complaints and service

Since nothing is 100% perfect, it may happen that one of our products does not perform as it should. In such a case, we are able to provide high-quality and fast service and resolve the entire situation quickly to the customer's satisfaction. You can visit our store in person or send us the device. 

Please always enclose a completed form with your service request, which you can find HERE, describing the fault, your phone number, and the address to which you would like the device to be returned.

(The price of spare parts must be added to the service work.)

After accepting the service, our service technician will always first check and diagnose your device to determine what the fault is. The device is always cleaned and then resealed after repair so that it is returned to you in the quality we are accustomed to and which is our standard.
